About
Patricia Tyler, LCSW
Therapist
Offers In-Person and Telehealth Therapy
As a woman in mid-life, I understand that this stage of life can bring both unexpected challenges and exciting opportunities for growth. Whether you’re navigating an empty nest, preparing for retirement, reevaluating long-held roles, or simply wondering, “What’s next for me?” - you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I am passionate about helping women embrace this season with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, create a meaningful vision for your next chapter, and identify practical steps to help you get there.
My areas of interest include supporting women through life transitions such as redefining identity beyond caregiving or career, setting healthy boundaries, prioritizing self-care without guilt, building self-confidence, and cultivating fulfilling relationships. I strive to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create a life that reflects your values and aspirations.
I enjoy working with women who are ready to invest in themselves and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Mid-life isn’t the end of the story - it’s an opportunity to write a new chapter.
If this speaks to you, I invite you to reach out. Finding the right therapist matters, and I’d be happy to explore whether we’re a good fit.

Good Faith Estimate Notice for Uninsured and Self-Pay Clients: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance - or who are not using insurance - an estimate of the bill for medical services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your appointment. You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
Pay By: Cash, Check, Debit and Credit Cards
Insurance: Out of Network (I can provide a “Superbill” for you to submit to your insurance)
